ROUTE MOBILE LIMITED — Dividend/Bonus, 28-01-2025: Dividend

The Board has approved a second interim dividend of ₹3 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25, with a record date of February 1, 2025. The payment will be made to shareholders on or before February 20, 2025. In addition, unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024, were presented, showing total income of ₹1,192.42 crore and profit after tax of ₹85.47 crore. The company has also announced the appointment of Mr. Rajeshwar Singh Gill as Group CFO and Mr. Ramesh Helaiya as Chief Information Security Officer, effective January 28, 2025.
