ROUTE MOBILE LIMITED — Board Meeting, 28-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Total income for the quarter reached ₹ 1,192.42 crore with a profit before tax of ₹ 106.95 crore. An interim dividend of ₹ 3 per share has been declared for the financial year 2024-25, with a record date set for February 1, 2025. Additionally, Mr. Rajeshwar Singh Gill has been appointed as the Group Chief Financial Officer. The meeting also resulted in noting the lapse of certain stock options and preparations for an investor call.
