The Committee of Directors has approved the disposal of 8,684,325 equity shares, representing a 13.79% stake in Kanoria Africa Textiles Plc, to Hyperlabs Pte. Ltd., Singapore, for a total consideration of USD 2 Million. Following this transaction, Kanoria Africa Textiles will remain a subsidiary of Kanoria Chemicals, but will no longer be a wholly-owned subsidiary. This divestiture, amounting to INR 1085 Million in total income (7.25% of last year's revenue) and a net worth of INR 967.34 Cr (11.41%), is anticipated to complete by April 2025.
