Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a License Agreement for a new property, Lemon Tree Hotel, in Anand, Gujarat. This hotel, managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary, is projected to commence operations in FY 2029. The facility will feature 60 well-appointed rooms, along with amenities such as a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting room, swimming pool, and spa.

Anand, known for its dairy industry and cultural attractions, benefits from strong transport links, being near Vadodara Airport and well-connected by road. With this addition, Lemon Tree Hotels continues to focus on strengthening its presence in Gujarat, complementing its existing seven hotels and 17 upcoming properties in the state. The strategic expansion aligns with the region's economic growth and cultural significance, presenting a positive outlook for the company’s development in this market.
