Mahindra Logistics Ltd. reported a solid performance for Q3FY25 with consolidated revenue increasing by 14.1% year-on-year to ₹1,594 crores, compared to ₹1,397 crores in Q3FY24. EBITDA improved significantly to ₹74 crores from ₹52 crores, while the pre-tax loss narrowed to ₹1.1 crores from ₹9.6 crores. The company recorded a net loss of ₹9.0 crores, reduced from ₹17.4 crores the previous year, resulting in a diluted EPS loss of ₹(1.25) compared to ₹(2.42).
For the nine-month period, consolidated revenue reached ₹4,535 crores, up from ₹4,055 crores, with EBITDA increasing to ₹206 crores from ₹172 crores. The company continues to see positive growth drivers, particularly in the 3PL supply chain, which grew 14% YoY, and network services, which rose by 22.9%. Notably, the freight forwarding business also demonstrated strong performance with an 18.9% increase in revenue, aided by improved export volumes.
The CEO, Rampraveen Swaminathan, highlighted robust revenue growth driven by strategic account additions and a focus on transportation and green logistics. Overall, Mahindra Logistics appears to be on a positive trajectory, with a commitment to enhancing cost management and progressing toward EBITDA breakeven in its express business.
