360 ONE WAM Limited reported a robust financial performance for the quarter ended December 31, 2024, with a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹275 crore, marking a significant increase of 41.7% year-on-year (YoY). Total revenues surged to ₹678 crore, reflecting a growth of 45.4% YoY, driven by a 37.7% increase in Revenue from Operations, amounting to ₹605 crore. The firm’s Assets Under Management (AUM) reached ₹5,79,222 crore, with Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) AUM at ₹2,47,999 crore, a rise of 32.9% YoY.

In a strategic move, the company is set to acquire Batlivala & Karani Securities and Batlivala & Karani Finserv for a total consideration of ₹1,884.13 crore, comprising ₹600 crore in cash and the issuance of one crore shares valued at ₹1,174.13 each. This acquisition aims to enhance 360 ONE's market presence and integrate comprehensive advisory and execution capabilities, highlighting a positive outlook for growth in the wealth management and capital markets segments.
