Members of Matrimony.com Limited are being asked to participate in a postal ballot via remote e-voting. The proposed resolutions include the appointment of Mr. Rajesh Sawhney as an independent director for five years, starting January 8, 2025, and the continuation of Mr. Chinnikrishnan Ranganathan's directorship as a non-executive, non-independent director following his retirement as an independent director effective January 27, 2025.

Remote voting opens on January 23, 2025, and closes on February 21, 2025. For members yet to receive notification due to changes in email addresses, requests can be sent to the company's Registrar. The results of the postal ballot will be announced by February 25, 2025, and will be reported to the stock exchanges and available on the company’s website.
