The Board of Directors of Premier Polyfilm Limited, during its recent meeting, approved the standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024, reporting a total income of ₹70.53 crores and a net profit of ₹6.67 crores for the quarter. Additionally, Mr. Manish Bajoria has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years, pending shareholder approval.
