Wonderla Holidays Limited — Board Meeting, 27-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved several key changes during the meeting. Mr. Arun K. Chittilappilly has been re-designated as the Managing Director and Executive Chairman. Mr. Aprameya Radhakrishna will join as an additional Independent Director, effective February 1, 2025, while Ms. Anjali Nair has been re-appointed as an Independent Director for a term of five years starting April 1, 2025. Mr. Kochouseph Chittilappilly will retire from the role of Chairman Emeritus on March 31, 2025. Additionally, 8,285 Stock Options were granted to Mr. Nithish K U, exercisable at Rs. 10 each, contingent on individual and company performance.
