Prime Securities Limited — Board Meeting, 27-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Prime Securities Limited has approved a Tender Buyback of up to 6,00,000 fully paid-up Equity Shares at a buyback price of Rs. 305 per share, amounting to a maximum buyback size of Rs. 18.30 Cr. This represents approximately 1.79% of the total paid-up equity shares, equating to about 16.98% of the company’s fully paid-up equity share capital and free reserves as of the last audited balance sheet. The buyback will be executed on a proportionate basis through the Tender Offer route, subject to shareholder approval via a Special Resolution.
