The Board of Directors of New Delhi Television Limited has approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Total income stood at ₹197.33 Cr, with a net loss after tax of ₹147.51 Cr. The Board also re-appointed M/s S.N. Dhawan & Co LLP as statutory auditors for a second five-year term, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, along with the re-appointment of cost auditors.
