HEC Infra Projects Limited — Important, 25-01-2025: General Updates

The Board has deliberated on the re-appointments and appointments of key directors. Mr. Gaurang Shah has been re-appointed as Managing Director, Ms. Rupal G. Shah as Whole-Time Director, and Mr. Rahul G. Shah as Executive Director, all effective from 1st February 2025, subject to shareholder approval. The Board has appointed Mr. Yash Mehta, Mr. Ronak Mehta, and Ms. Rajkumari Udhwani as Additional Directors for five years, effective 25th January 2025, also pending shareholder approval.
