HEC Infra Projects Limited — Board Meeting, 25-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board has approved the re-appointments of Mr. Gaurang Shah as Managing Director, Ms. Rupal G. Shah as Whole-Time Director, and Mr. Rahul G. Shah as Executive Director, all effective February 1, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Yash Mehta, Mr. Ronak Mehta, and Ms. Rajkumari Udhwani have been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a term of five years from January 25, 2025. The Board noted the resignations of Ms. Neetu Jalan, Ms. Dipika Soni, and Ms. Raina Singh as Independent Directors due to pre-occupation. Furthermore, the Board appointed Ms. Kashyap R. Mehta & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2024-25.
