Lemon Tree Hotels has executed a Hotel Operating Agreement for a new property in Vadodara, Gujarat, to be managed by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Carnation Hotels Private Limited. The hotel will operate under the “Lemon Tree Premier” brand and is expected to commence operations in FY 2029. It will feature 92 rooms, a restaurant, meeting facilities, a swimming pool, a spa, and other public amenities. With Vadodara being a key industrial and educational hub, this strategic addition reflects Lemon Tree's commitment to expanding its portfolio in Gujarat, where it has 17 hotels in the pipeline, collectively adding approximately 1,300 rooms.
