A proposed transfer of 25% shareholding in the foreign subsidiary M/s Param Mitra Coal Resources Two Pte. Limited to M/s PT Berkat Nusantara Indah has been announced. This subsidiary reported revenue of ₹309.34 crore in the last financial year, contributing 16.85% to the turnover and ₹146.53 crore to the net worth. The agreement for the transaction is set for January 24, 2025, with an expected completion date on the same day. The consideration for this transaction is valued at $29 million. Notably, this is not a related-party transaction and is outside any existing schemes of arrangement.
