Shriram Finance Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 24-01-2025: Record Date

The Record Date for the second interim dividend has been set for January 31, 2025. The Board has declared a dividend of 125%, which equates to ₹2.50 per equity share of ₹2 face value. This amount will be paid to eligible shareholders on or before February 22, 2025. The company's financial performance for the third quarter includes a net interest income growth of 14.31%, reaching ₹5,822.69 crore, and a profit after tax of ₹3,569.76 crore, including a one-time gain from the sale of its subsidiary, Shriram Housing Finance Limited. Excluding this gain, profit after tax rose 14.41% to ₹2,080.37 crore.
