Revenue for Q3 FY25 surged by 47% year-on-year to ₹929.36 Cr, driven by substantial volume increases across all regions, notably in Europe, NAFTA, and LATAM. The agrochemical segment remained a significant contributor, boosting volumes by 49.5%. Gross profit improved 84% to ₹304.21 Cr, enhancing gross margins by 660 basis points to 32.7%, aided by stabilizing raw material prices. EBITDA also increased significantly, climbing to ₹156.64 Cr with a margin of 16.9%.

The 9-month performance reflects a similar trend, with revenues rising 35% to ₹2,491.31 Cr. The company remains debt-free with liquid assets of ₹742 Cr and has declared an interim dividend of ₹3 per equity share. Sharda Cropchem maintains a strong pipeline with nearly 2,948 product registrations, indicating a positive outlook driven by ongoing demand and strategic cost optimization efforts, anticipating continued growth in FY25 with capex planned between ₹400-450 Cr.
