TTK Healthcare Limited — Board Meeting, 24-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending December 31, 2024. The total income from operations stood at ₹201.74 crore, with a profit before tax of ₹22.59 crore. Additionally, Mrs. Subashree Anantkrishnan has been appointed as an Additional Independent Director for five years, pending shareholder approval through a postal ballot. The board also consented to initiate the postal ballot process for her appointment and appointed new secretarial auditors. Changes in senior management were noted, including the succession of the General Manager – IT effective February 1, 2025.
