TTK Healthcare Limited — Board Meeting, 24-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended December 31, 2024, reporting a total income of ₹201.74 crore and a profit before tax of ₹22.59 crore. Mrs. Subashree Anantkrishnan has been appointed as an Additional Independent Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. Additionally, M/s A K Jain & Associates has been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, also pending shareholder approval. The Board also initiated a postal ballot process for these approvals.
