Arkade Developers has reported strong financial performance for the nine months and third quarter of FY25. For 9M FY25, net profit grew 19.7% year-on-year to ₹124 crore, with revenue reaching ₹560 crore (up 9.3%). The third quarter alone saw revenue of ₹231 crore, an increase of 13.8% quarter-on-quarter, with net profit rising 15.4% to ₹50 crore. The positive growth is attributed to robust pre-sales, which increased by 23.8% to ₹556 crore, along with collections climbing 16% to ₹478 crore.

The company continues to adapt to market trends, focusing on luxury housing and expanding its project pipeline. Recently, it added three new redevelopment projects in Mumbai, covering a saleable area of approximately 5.85 lakh square feet.
