Marico's Nihar Shanti Pathshala Funwala (NSPF) celebrated significant milestones in empowering educators and students on International Education Day. The initiative has successfully trained over 1.76 lakh teachers, impacting more than 15 lakh students across Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, and Rajasthan. NSPF utilizes accessible technologies to provide innovative teaching resources and facilitates online classroom visits, addressing barriers faced by educators in underserved areas.

The program has seen notable participation in Madhya Pradesh, with collaborations initiated in Chhattisgarh to enhance language proficiency for pre-service teachers. In Jharkhand, NSPF's content features on the Government Diksha portal, further broadening access. Rajasthan's new Teacher Entrepreneur program aims to empower rural women to foster local education initiatives. The program's effectiveness is bolstered by a multi-layered monitoring structure and an extensive communication strategy, delivering over 25 million messages in FY24.
