ESAF Small Finance Bank Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 24-01-2025: Allotment of Securities

ESAF Small Finance Bank has allotted 24,331 equity shares at an exercise price of Rs. 18.75 each under its Employee Stock Option Plan – 2019. The face value of the shares is Rs. 10. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the bank stands at Rs. 515.10 crore. These shares will rank equally with the existing equity shares.
