Arvind SmartSpaces has entered the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) with a significant horizontal township project covering approximately 92 acres and a potential revenue of around Rs. 1,500 crore. Located near Khopoli, this will be the company’s first project in the MMR, strategically signed under a joint development model with a revenue share of 70.5%, allowing for lower capital intensity and enhanced returns.

The project is set to leverage the burgeoning MMR landscape, which is witnessing transformative infrastructure enhancements. Developments such as the Atal Setu, JNPT Port, and the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport are expected to boost connectivity and drive demand for horizontal developments. Designed to meet modern living standards, the project will feature upscale amenities like a golf course and a clubhouse, providing a blend of luxury and community-focused living.

With this addition, the cumulative topline potential for new business developments this year stands at approximately Rs. 2,500 crore. Arvind SmartSpaces aims to pursue further expansion in the MMR and other target markets, underscoring a positive outlook for growth in lucrative real estate segments.
