Intellect Design Arena Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 24-01-2025: Allotment of Securities

The Stakeholders Relationship Committee of Intellect Design Arena has approved the allotment of 41,200 equity shares at ₹5 each to employees under various stock option plans. Specifically, 11,875 shares were allotted under the ISOP 2015, 3,200 under ISOP 2016, and 26,125 under the IIPS 2018. Following this allotment, the total paid-up share capital increases to ₹693.42 crore, comprising 138,683,226 equity shares. The new shares will be listed on the NSE and BSE upon completion of the application process.
