Infosys Limited — Important, 23-01-2025: Updates
The merger of in-tech Holding GmbH and Friedrich & Wagner Asia Pacific GmbH with in-tech GmbH has been approved by the board of the transferor companies. This consolidation aims to streamline operations within the group, enhancing structural efficiency.
In-tech Holding, a leading engineering R&D service provider for the German automotive sector, reported revenues of USD 1.12 million for the fiscal year ending December 2024. F&W APAC, which provides testing and validation services, did not generate revenue during the same period. As a result of the merger, there will be no cash consideration or share exchange, and the shareholding pattern of Infosys remains unchanged. This strategic move could optimize resource allocation and strengthen Infosys’s position in the engineering services market, indicating a forward-looking approach for enhanced operational synergy. Investors may perceive this as a positive step towards improved efficiency and focus in the business landscape.
