Macobs Technologies Limited — Board Meeting, 23-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has announced a board meeting on 31st August, 2024, during which they approved the Annual Report and Director’s Report for the year ended 31st March, 2024. The board has confirmed the appointment of M/s NGMKS & Associates as statutory auditors for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, the meeting finalized details for the 5th Annual General Meeting and appointed scrutinizers. Two independent directors, Ms. Priya Goel and Mr. Sunil Kumar Rana, were approved subject to shareholder consent at the upcoming AGM.
