Bharati Defence and Infrastructure Limited — Board Meeting, 23-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Bharat Defence and Infrastructure Limited has appointed Ms. Aarti Kabra as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, and Mr. Gopalakrishnan Venkatraman as Chief Financial Officer, both effective immediately. Ms. Rakhi Sandeep Agarwal has been re-designated as a Non-Executive Director, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, M/s. A Nair & Associates has been appointed as Internal Auditor, Mr. Chirag Bhupendra Jain as Secretarial Auditor, and M/s. A K Kocchar & Associates as Statutory Auditor for the financial year 2024-25, also subject to shareholder consent.
