Nessa International Holdings Limited, a step-down subsidiary of FSN E-Commerce Ventures Limited, has established a new wholly owned subsidiary in Oman named Nysaa Cosmetics SPC. This company will engage in the trading of cosmetics, beauty, perfumes, and personal care products, aimed at both international and domestic markets. The share capital for Nysaa Cosmetics SPC has been set at OMR 30,000, and it will be entirely owned by Nessa International. Consequently, FSN E-Commerce will indirectly retain a 55% stake in this new entity through its subsidiary. This move strengthens the company's presence in the beauty and personal care sector, presenting a positive outlook as it aims to capture new market opportunities.
