Sona BLW Precision Forgings Ltd. reported robust Q3 FY25 results, achieving record highs in net profit and BEV revenues. Total revenue reached ₹868 crores, marking a 12% year-on-year growth, with BEV revenues soaring by 48% to account for 39% of total sales. EBITDA stood at ₹234 crores, maintaining a margin of 27%, while net profit rose 14% to ₹151 crores, resulting in a net profit margin of 17.4%. For the nine-month period, revenues hit ₹2,686 crores with a significant 17% growth, and BEV revenue constituted 36% of total revenue.

The company added a new EV program, bringing its total awarded programs to 57, and secured a new order worth ₹300 crores to supply differential assemblies for an electric passenger vehicle, with production slated to begin in Q2 FY27. Sona Comstar also plans to invest $4 million in ClearMotion Inc., enhancing its capabilities in chassis technology.
