Cyient Limited — Board Meeting, 23-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors approved the un-audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and nine-months ended 31 December 2024. Additionally, Ms. Debjani Ghosh was appointed as an Additional Independent Director for a three-year term, subject to shareholder approval, and will serve on the Leadership, Nomination & Remuneration Committee. The company will conduct a postal ballot to seek shareholder approval for her appointment. Mr. Karthikeyan Natarajan has resigned as Executive Director and CEO.
