MPS Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 23-01-2025: Dividend

The Board has declared a first interim dividend of INR 33 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25, with a record date set for January 29, 2025, and payment expected by February 21, 2025. The Board also approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024, reporting a profit of INR 2,852 lakh for Q3, with total income of INR 9,611 lakh.
