Laxmi Organic Industries Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Outcome of Board Meeting held on January 22, 2025 ( the Board ) has inter alia taken on record/ approved the following: A) Approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results in the prescribed form alongwith the Limited Review Report thereon received from the Statutory Auditors (Annexure A).B) Approved the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results in the prescribed form along with the Limited Review Report thereon received from the Statutory Auditors (Annexure B).
