Renaissance Global Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 22-01-2025: Allotment of Securities

Renaissance Global has announced the allotment of 50,000 equity shares, each with a face value of Rs. 2, fully paid at Rs. 110 each (including a premium of Rs. 108). This allotment was made under the Renaissance Global – Employee Stock Option Scheme 2021 to option grantees who exercised their options. Following this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital increases to Rs. 21,44,60,942, now comprising 10,72,30,471 equity shares. The company will apply for the listing of these shares on the NSE and BSE.
