Housing & Urban Development Corporation Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 22-01-2025: Dividend

The Board has declared an interim dividend of ₹7.05 per equity share, amounting to 70.50% of the face value of ₹10 for FY 2024-25, with a record date set for 30th January 2025. The payment will be completed within 30 days following the declaration. Additionally, the company approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine-month period ending 31st December 2024, reporting a profit of ₹735.03 crore for the quarter and ₹1,981.40 crore for the nine-month period. The existing borrowing program has been increased from ₹40,000 crore to ₹55,000 crore.
