Wendt (India) Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 22-01-2025: Record Date

Wendt (India) Limited has declared an interim dividend of ₹30 per equity share, representing 300% on a face value of ₹10. The record date for determining eligible shareholders is set for 28th January 2025. Shareholders who opt for NECS/ECS should see the dividend credited by 18th February 2025, while those choosing the physical mode will receive their payment via dispatch on the same date.

For the quarter ended 31st December 2024, the standalone sales reached ₹4,790 lakhs, with a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹787 lakhs, marking a 14% decrease year-on-year. Consolidated sales were ₹5,267 lakhs, also down 3% from the previous year, with a consolidated PAT of ₹822 lakhs.
