Vardhman Textiles Limited — Board Meeting, 22-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The board meeting has approved a Capex of approximately ₹330 crore for the modernization and upgradation of various machines in the Spinning Units to enhance flexibility and optimize costs. Additionally, the board has revised the Capex for previously approved projects, including the increase in processed fabric capacity at Vardhman Fabrics by ₹155 crore, primarily for adding machinery and another boiler. These investments will be financed through internal accruals or debt and will not affect the existing spinning and fabric capacity.
