This strategic acquisition aims to enhance service offerings and facilitate business expansion in the shipping and marine sector. While Dolphin Offshore has reported no turnover in the past three years, this acquisition aligns with Deep Industries' growth objectives and positions them for future operational synergies. Dolphin Offshore will now function as a step-down subsidiary of Deep Industries.
