Adani Energy Solutions Ltd (AESL) has executed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% equity shares of Rajasthan Part I Power Transmission Limited (RPIPTL) for cash. This acquisition aligns with AESL's strategy to strengthen its operational capacity and enhance shareholder value.

In a significant development, AESL secured a substantial order for the Bhadla-Fatehpur HVDC project, valued at approximately ₹25,000 crore, marking the company's largest order win to date. This project is set to evacuate 6 GW of renewable energy from Rajasthan to northern demand centers, enhancing AESL’s transmission network to 25,778 circuit kilometers and 84,186 MVA transformation capacity.
