Hatsun Agro Product Limited has announced a board meeting regarding the acquisition of 100% of Milk Mantra Dairy Private Limited for a total consideration of ₹233 Crore. This strategic move aims to strengthen Hatsun’s presence in the Eastern India dairy market, particularly in Odisha, and complements its existing operations. The acquisition aligns with Hatsun's goal of market expansion and enhanced product offerings, tapping into new geographical territories and elevating brand value. Following the acquisition, Milk Mantra will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hatsun, reinforcing its mission to deliver high-quality dairy products.
