IndoStar Capital Finance Limited reported impressive financial results for the third quarter, highlighting a consolidated PAT growth of 64% year-over-year (YoY) and an AUM increase of 32% YoY to ₹10,625 crore. Disbursements rose 17% YoY to ₹1,572 crore, driven by robust demand in vehicle finance, with AUM for this segment reaching ₹7,303 crore, up 51% YoY. The standalone AUM also increased to ₹7,877 crore.
The company’s debt/equity ratio stands at 2.04x, showcasing a strong capital adequacy ratio of 28.51%. The reduction in gross stage 3 assets to 4.92% indicates improved asset quality.
