Newgen Software Technologies Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 20-01-2025: Allotment of Securities

Newgen Software Technologies Limited's Board has approved the issuance of 3,93,385 equity shares valued at Rs. 10 each under the Newgen ESOP Scheme - 2022 and 9,40,000 equity shares under the Newgen RSU 2021 Scheme, which will enhance the paid-up capital to Rs. 141.62 crore. The Board also intends to seek shareholder approval via Postal Ballot for the re-appointment of Mrs. Padmaja Krishnan as a Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, effective March 24, 2025. Furthermore, 73,050 options were granted under the ESOP Scheme to identified employees.
