Krystal Integrated Services Limited — Board Meeting, 20-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board meeting has approved the unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Revenue from operations reached ₹2,763.73 Cr for the quarter, while total income was ₹2,802.09 Cr. Profit before tax stood at ₹170.78 Cr, leading to a net profit of ₹151.49 Cr for the period. The Board also discussed incorporating a wholly-owned subsidiary in India and decided on fundraising through various methods, including a potential equity issuance for up to ₹300 Cr. Additionally, M/s. Kajal Jakharia & Associates has been appointed as secretarial auditors for 2024-25.
