The first depot has been established in Sarai, marking the start of an ambitious rollout plan. The company aims for a significant expansion, targeting an overall capacity of up to 3 lakh MT of cement per month, with multiple depots expected to go operational soon. This strategic move is set to enhance the company’s logistics capabilities, optimize supply chain operations, and improve delivery efficiency.
