DCM Shriram Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 18-01-2025: Dividend

The Board of Directors has approved the declaration of a second interim dividend of ₹3.60 per equity share, amounting to ₹56.14 crore, for the financial year 2024-25. This makes the total interim dividend for the year ₹5.60 per equity share, aggregating to ₹87.33 crore. Eligible shareholders will receive the dividend on or before February 16, 2025. Additionally, DCM Shriram has made progress with a sugar plant expansion in Uttar Pradesh, increasing its cane crushing capacity significantly.
