Mangalam Global Enterprise Limited — Board Meeting, 18-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. For the standalone results, the company reported a total income of ₹1626.25 crore and a net profit of ₹1662.68 crore, while consolidated results showed total income of ₹1760.11 crore and a net profit of ₹1791.40 crore. Additionally, M/s. SCS & Co. LLP was appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2024-25. The company is also advancing into the B2C segment with new castor oil products.
