The Board of Directors of Akanksha Power and Infrastructure Ltd. has allocated 10,62,694 equity shares at a face value of ₹10 each and a price of ₹144 per share, which includes a premium of ₹134 per share, on a preferential basis. This allocation, approved during an earlier general meeting, increases the paid-up share capital to ₹19.58 crore, now comprising 1,95,81,214 equity shares. The newly allotted equity shares will rank equally with existing shares and will be listed on NSE.
