The Board of Directors of Next Mediaworks Limited has approved the un-audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Total income stood at ₹31.24 crore, with a loss before tax of ₹21.43 crore, slightly improved from the previous period. The board also noted the resignation of Mr. Praveen Someshwar as Non-Executive Director effective February 28, 2025. Additionally, Mr. Sameer Singh has been re-designated as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective immediately, following his new role as Group CEO at HT Media Ltd.
