Unitech Limited — Board Meeting, 17-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Unitech Limited has approved the 100% equity disinvestment of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Unitech Power Transmission Limited (UPTL), for ₹50.89 Cr to Auro Infra Private Limited. This decision aligns with the approval received from the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The board also authorized the execution of a Share Purchase Agreement involving UPLT and other subsidiaries for this transaction. UPTL contributed 9.38% to the consolidated income and 1.51% to the consolidated net worth as of March 31, 2024, amounting to ₹63.45 Cr. The sale is expected to be completed within 90 days of executing the agreement.
