The Board of Directors has fixed Wednesday, January 29, 2025, as the Record Date for determining shareholders of Western India Commercial Company Limited entitled to receive fully paid equity shares of N.B.I. Industrial Finance Company Limited as part of the approved Scheme of Amalgamation. Shareholders will receive 94 equity shares of the company for every 3 shares held in the transferor company. Following the allotment, necessary steps will be taken to list the new equity shares on the NSE.
