The company has restructured its Board of Directors following the resignation of Independent Director Mrs. Rashmi Kamlesh Otavani and the appointment of Mrs. Gunjan Agarwal as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years. Consequently, the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholder’s Relationship Committee have all been reconstituted to include Mrs. Agarwal.

The updated Audit Committee now has Abhishek Sehgal as Chairperson, with Mrs. Agarwal and Managing Director Balmukund Jhunjhunwala as members. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee comprises Abhishek Sehgal as Chairperson, Mrs. Agarwal, and Non-Executive Director Keshav Jhunjhunwala. Lastly, the Stakeholder’s Relationship Committee is chaired by Abhishek Sehgal and includes Mrs. Agarwal and Keshav Jhunjhunwala. This strategic reorganization aims to maintain effective oversight and governance within the company.
